The common shares of the Company have been halted from trading since April 24, 2024, pending completion of a Qualifying Transaction.
Resume Trading
Effective at the opening, Monday, March 10, 2025, the common shares of Dr. Phone Fix Canada Corporation will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange under the new symbol "DPF".
CPC-Filing Statement
TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the Company's CPC Filing Statement dated November 14, 2024, for the purpose of filing on SEDAR+.
Qualifying Transaction-Completed/New Symbol
TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the Company's Qualifying Transaction described in its Filing Statement dated November 14, 2024. As a result, at the opening on Monday, March 10, 2025, the Company will no longer be considered a Capital Pool Company. The Qualifying Transaction includes the following:
The Qualifying Transaction includes the arm's length amalgamation involving Dr. Phone Fix Canada Limited ("DPF") for consideration of 145,875,194 shares at a deemed price of $0.12 per share, including 25,352,261 unit shares issued pursuant to a subscription receipt private placement completed by DPF concurrent with the transaction.
119,806,283 shares issued to Principals pursuant to the Qualifying Transaction will be subject to a Tier 2 Value Security Escrow Agreement to be released over a 36-month period. 3,040,000 shares are subject to a CPC Escrow Agreement to be released over an 18-month period.
The Exchange has been advised that the above transactions have been completed.

Name Change
Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders on January 20, 2025, the Company has changed its name as follows. There is no consolidation of capital.
Effective at the opening, Monday, March 10, 2025, the common shares of Dr. Phone Fix Canada Corporation will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange, and the common shares of Auka Capital Corp. will be delisted.
